Troubleshooting

When a fault occurs, the corresponding fault code is shown on the display screen. Use the table below to identify the fault and the action to take. If the problem persists after following the recommended steps, contact Sunsynk service.

F02	Undervoltage fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Rest for a while, then restart.
F04	Ultimate fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us.
F05	Charge overcurrent fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Check the external power circuit. 4. Check whether the charging current is excessive.
F06	Discharge overcurrent fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Check the external power circuit. 4. Check whether the discharging current is excessive.
F07	High temperature fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Check the ambient temperature and take cooling measures if needed. 4. Restart after the battery pack temperature returns to room temperature.
F08	Low temperature fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Check the ambient temperature and take insulation measures if needed. 4. Restart after the battery pack temperature returns to room temperature.
F11	Cell voltage difference exceeded fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Check the voltage sampling wiring for looseness, oxidation or poor contact.
F12	Temperature difference exceeded fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Restart after the battery pack temperature returns to room temperature.
F13	MOSFET high temperature fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Restart after the battery pack temperature returns to room temperature.

F29	EEPROM fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us.
F30	Internal communication fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Check the IN/OUT wiring is correct. 4. Restart the battery.
F31	PCS communication fault	1. Contact us. 2. Check the PCS communication cable for looseness or a wrong connection.
F32	Host address duplication fault	1. Contact us. 2. Power off and restart. 3. Check the host OUT port for looseness and correct wiring.
F45	Current limiter board MOSFET adhesion fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us.
F46	MOSFET adhesion fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us.

F53	Fuse blown fault	1. Contact us. 2. Stop charging and discharging, then power off. 3. Under guidance, open the pack and measure the charge/discharge MOSFET with a multimeter.
F54	Voltage disconnection fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us.
F55	Temperature disconnection fault	1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us.
