Troubleshooting
When a fault occurs, the corresponding fault code is shown on the display screen. Use the table below to identify the fault and the action to take. If the problem persists after following the recommended steps, contact Sunsynk service.

| F07 | High temperature fault | 1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Check the ambient temperature and take cooling measures if needed. 4. Restart after the battery pack temperature returns to room temperature. |
| F08 | Low temperature fault | 1. Power off the battery. 2. Contact us. 3. Check the ambient temperature and take insulation measures if needed. 4. Restart after the battery pack temperature returns to room temperature. |

| F53 | Fuse blown fault | 1. Contact us. 2. Stop charging and discharging, then power off. 3. Under guidance, open the pack and measure the charge/discharge MOSFET with a multimeter. |
