Commissioning

Before powering on, verify all of the following:

  • All cables are wired correctly and firmly connected, with no looseness or poor contact.
  • All fasteners, including bolts and screws, are fully tightened, with none loose or missing.
  • The equipment working area is clear; unrelated personnel and animals are strictly prohibited from entering the operating range.
  • Foreign objects, especially metal debris, are kept away from the battery area to avoid short-circuit risk.

Power-On Sequence​

Before operating the product, ensure that no bystanders or animals are present in the working area, all foreign objects, especially metal, are kept away from the battery, and all cables are connected correctly with all terminals tightened firmly.

  • Recommended: charge the battery pack at 157 A until the cell voltage reaches 3.6 V.
  • Recommended: discharge the battery pack at 157 A until the cell voltage drops to 2.8 V.
  1. Turn on the circuit breaker on the battery.
  2. Turn on the BMS switch on the battery.
  3. Turn on the inverter.

  1. Turn off the inverter.
  2. Turn off the BMS switch on the battery.
  3. Turn off the circuit breaker on the battery.
